Centiva: Building the Brand

Building a brand requires a commitment to every customer touch point and communication. Our work with Centiva began as the company was working to move from its development stage to a mainstream player in the intensely competitive commercial flooring category. We began with logo standards and brand personality development projects. From there the work and the brand blossomed with ad development & production, product presentation, catalog, website, app, media content, customer relationship communications, and so many other marketing initiatives. In the span of five years, Centiva’s revenues grew fivefold. Within seven, Centiva had attracted the attention of Tarkett, a global powerhouse, in need of a strong brand in the growing LVT product category.
